Education:
Local control. Also supports home schooling & charter schools. Major proponent of a voucher system. The money should follow the student.
Veterans’ Healthcare:
Develop a program whereby all Veterans carry a medical card that will allow veterans access to care at any NH Hospital. They are deserving of the very best healthcare this State has to offer. This is an issue of access; not health insurance.
Parental Notification:
In favor of parental notification from kindergarten through high school.(12th grade). State should have no control over decisions involving our children’s health.
Second Amendment:
Fully support 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution as well as Article 2a of the State of NH Constitution and will aggressively uphold both.
Pro Life:

Marriage:
Believes marriage should be between one man and one woman. The State should not be involved in this decision.
US and State of NH Constitutions:
Original intent of Constitution bounds the state. Will work to fully uphold Constitution.
States’ Rights & State Sovereignty:

Gambling:
Does not support Casino type gambling. The State of NH has a SPENDING problem, not a revenue problem.
Small Business:
Will review all taxes and programs that are detrimental to small business such as the business profits tax, business enterprise tax, workman’s compensation laws, unemployment compensation laws, LLC tax, gas tax, rooms & meals tax, campground rooms & meals tax, vehicle registration fees etc. to see what can be repealed or reduced.
Welfare:
Will develop a “welfare to work” program which will include time limits for welfare funding for individuals who are able to work. Work training programs will be provided to those who are willing to participate. Either way, welfare funding will have time or funding limits.
Energy:
Will advocate for energy independence, in our State, by promoting geo thermal energy as well as other renewable energy sources such as clean burning biomass wood burning plants. All developed via the private sector. On a national level, he supports expanded drilling for oil & natural gas. Also a proponent of nuclear power.
Healthcare:
Will work for statewide tort reform. Will also push for inter state purchase of health insurance policies. Also supports allowing healthy young people to purchase catastrophic health insurance. Proponent of high-deductible HSA plans. Will enact legislation to protect the JUA (physicians malpractice) fund from State encroachment.
